
ARTWORK
Artwork Requirements - We have a large selection of clipart available to our clients as well as in-house design. Please consider the following artwork guidelines when submitting your files. Our preferred format is Adobe Illustrator (.ai) but we also work CorelDraw (.cdr) and Encapsulated Post Script (.eps). If you are unsure, email us for details.
All orders must have an approval. We do this with a .pdf file. Once a file is approved, production will begin. Sorry, but verbal confirmation will not be sufficient to begin production.
PRINTING AND SIZING DETAILS
Available print sizes are 10 inches across for youth t-shirts. If you are combining youth and adult, we will go with ten inches across unless separate size screens are requested and paid for.
We can print on the following locations: Left Chest, Full Chest, Right Chest, Sleeve, Back, Calf Print, Thigh Print, and of course “butt” print. Got another idea that you don’t see here? Ask!
Sizes change with each individual products and we strongly encourage if you are ordering for a team that you purchase samples. We can apply the samples to the order so there will be no extra cost to you other than a minimal shipping charge to drop ship the samples.
PERSONALIZATION
Of course, that is what we do. You can have your name embroidered or heatsealed depending on the garment. Prices range from $10 on individual items to $5.00 for large teams.

We value copyright details and know that you do too! We will need written permission to use a copyrighted logo. Email us for details on this!
THE SERIOUS DETAILS
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment in full is always appreciated but a deposit of 50% is required to get the order going. Purchase Orders from schools are sufficient upon approval and with a timely delivery of payment upon receipt of goods. Email us for questions.
DAMAGED GOODS
Occasionally, an item with a hole or tear in it will slip by us. If that happens, notify us as quickly as possible and we will determine what course of action is best.
RETURN POLICY
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned. However, we want you to be happy with your order so we will look at individual orders and try to resolve or repair to the best of our ability.
RETURNED CHECK/DISPUTED CREDIT CARDS
There is a $30.00 charge for any returned check. This may result in our holding an individual order until payment and the returned check charge are paid.
There is a $30.00 charge for any incorrect disputed credit cards. Make sure your team members know that the charge will show up as Teamworks. That will save all of us money and again, prevent us from holding up the order.
OUR GUARANTEE
Once orders are approved and ready to go we will guarantee a delivery date to you. No need to worry about an event – we will have it there when we say! Of course, if you keep changing details we will still strive to make that date but it does give us room to negotiate a new delivery date.
SHIPPING
If shipping is necessary, we are cheap! Actually, we just try and use the cheapest and most economical way possible. UPS Ground works well for the larger teams and orders, and the USPS works well too depending on location. The more time we have to ship, the less the cost. We also deliver for free if we are in the area at the time. |
