Our new Direct to Garment printer works similar to your inkjet desktop printer. The unique patented garment ink is deposited directly onto the shirt, with no burning of screens, setup, or registration involved! DTG allows for unlimited colors to be printed with no added cost. Photographs, drawings, complex images can all be printed with unrivaled clarity and vividness.

The best part is – NO Minimum! Since there are no screens and no setup, there is also no minimum. You can have one or ten shirts printed, or have ten shirts printed, each with a different image or saying. This is especially ideal for family reunions, small business, or anything you may need personalized.

Direct to Garment printing is still a relatively new science. Printing on dark garments is still in the development stages. While some shops have opted to offer printing on dark garments, we at this time believe it not reliable or economical at this time. Stay tuned as the technology is moving quickly and we will hopefully be able to offer DTG on dark items soon. 

We can individually number and/or letter from 1" to 12" high on the garment of your choice. We turn around football, volleyball and other jerseys in a matter of days – perfectly straight and highly visible. In addition, we use only Stahl’s brand products for lettering and numbers. They don’t run, peel or wear off in the dryer. We are also very knowledgeable about placement and sizing for Volleyball numbering and other team sport requirements.
